Jonathan started at Sel Gris ( *) in 2008, after training as a cook and waiter.

In 2011, he took up a new challenge at Pure C (NL **) and then continued his career as sous-chef at De Jonkman ( **).

In 2015 he became Fish Chef of the Year. During the holidays he also did internships at De Librije (NL ***), Het Gebaar (*), L'Ortolan (GB *), Tickets (ES *).

 

After 8 years of experience in michelin star restaurants, he came up with the idea of starting his own foodtruck: Vitamin Sea Foodtruck. Here, he combines North Sea fish and the better street food to delicious and culinary dishes.

 

In 2018, Jonathan founded Jones Dining together with his wife, Annelies.

With a combined experience of more than tweny-five years in the catering business, they know how to spoil their customers.
